Jaq is a versatile creative powerhouse, seamlessly blending her talents as an actor and director to bring a unique flair to every project. As an actress, she’s best known for her iconic six-year role as Wendy Cooper on Shortland Street, with additional credits in The Brokenwood Mysteries and the viral Instagram/TikTok series Millennial Jenny, which has garnered a dedicated and engaged following. Recently, Jaq wrapped filming for Tangata Pai, an exciting new series set to air in 2025.

As a director, Jaq has built an impressive eight-year career, directing Shortland Street, The Brokenwood Mysteries, and soon My Life Is Murder. Last year, she expanded her creative repertoire by directing her first music videos, starting with a trilogy of videos for the album Little Triggers.

Beyond the screen, Jaq is an experienced MC, having hosted events for the Breast Cancer Foundation, an organization she’s proudly supported as an ambassador for over 12 years.
