Bio

Aaron Jackson (AJ) is a father of 4, an actor and a former firefighter. Better known for his role on Shortland Street and the Fire and Emergency New Zealand's campaign in the local market.

AJ achieved his breakthrough alongside Tommy Lee Jones in the post-World War II film Emperor. This marked the beginning of a remarkable journey, with appearances in internationally acclaimed feature films and series such as Taika Waititi's What We Do in the Shadows, Peter Jackson's Mortal Engines, James Cameron's Avatar 2 & 3, and Netflix's The Legend of Monkey and Marco Polo. He has also worked on many local productions like Shortland Street ,Westside, Nothing Trivial and Dear Murderer, to name just a few.
